This notice describes the account and store features currently available on the byValeriaHenao website, including optional sign-in with Google.

Information used by Google sign-in

When you choose Continue with Google, Google asks you to share your name, email address and basic profile, which may include your profile picture and Google account identifier. The account service receives the information Google returns and uses it to create or identify your store account. An existing verified account with the same email can be linked to that Google identity.

Google sign-in does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendars. It does not give this store your Google password. Google handles the Google authentication step; you can also use the store’s email sign-in option.

Account and store information

Account records can contain your email, name and the phone number and address you choose to save. Session security records include sign-in and activity times, browser or device information, IP address and an approximate IP-based location. Reviews and review photos are stored if you submit them; only approved reviews are shown publicly. If you use checkout or a demo order, the entered contact, delivery and order details are used for that flow.

Why the information is used

Information supports sign-in, account management, security checks, requested store features and related transactional messages. Google sign-in does not assign administrator or owner access to new accounts. Administrative permissions are controlled separately.

Storage and service providers

The store application, account service and database run on a private Hostinger server. Authorized store administrators can access information according to their assigned permissions. Google processes the Google sign-in step, and the configured mail provider delivers account and transactional messages. Supplier and shipping services receive the information required when their corresponding delivery features are used. Google account sign-in data is not used for advertising or sold to advertisers.

Session cookies support authentication and security. Browser storage also keeps features such as the shopping bag and interface preferences. Access to private account data is restricted by the account service and database permissions. Server backups may contain earlier copies of stored account information; off-site backup copies depend on the store’s configured backup destination.

Your controls and deletion requests

You can edit saved personal details and review or end sessions in My account. You can revoke the store’s Google connection in your Google account connections. Revoking Google access or signing out does not by itself delete the store account or its existing records.

Delete your account from My account to remove sign-in access, profile data, reviews and demo orders from the active server. Necessary completed-purchase and invoice records are retained for accounting, taxes and other legal obligations. Protected owners must transfer ownership first.
